Pr Gilles KARCHER
Administrator and founder
Gilles Karcher (PhD, MD), a graduate of SUPELEC, holds a medical degree and headed the nuclear medicine department for 10 years. He has also served as the Head of the Imaging Division for two terms.
Gilles Karcher is currently administrator of Nancyclotep, of which he is the founder. He aimed to transform this molecular imaging platform into an accelerator for transferring research to clinical applications in nuclear medicine, particularly for the implementation of new radiopharmaceuticals.
Christine ASSFELD
Nancyclotep Director
Christine Assfeld, Ph.D. in colloidal physical chemistry, joined NCT as Director of Functional Support in March 2025. As a project manager and associate professor in an engineering school, Christine has supported players and companies in the glass sector. Deputy mayor, she was involved in the public life of the Toulois area until a recent 4-year expatriation to Shanghai.
Charlotte COLLET
Head of Radiochemistry Lab
Charlotte Collet (PhD), specializing in organic chemistry, joined Nancyclotep in 2013. She established the radiochemistry laboratory and currently serves as its head. In 2016, she was named Research Engineer at the University of Lorraine within the IADI laboratory.
Fatiha MASKALI
Head of Preclinical Platform
Fatiha Maskali (PhD), a biologist and expert in radioisotopic imaging in animals, is a member of the Lorraine ethics committee. She joined Nancyclotep at its founding and initiated the creation of the Preclinical Imaging Platform (PRIPA), which she currently leads.

Pierre-Yves Marie (PhD, MD), a specialist in nuclear medicine, MRI, and cardiovascular diseases, is a Professor, previous Vice President of Research, and current Head of Research Support Structures at the University Nancy. Recognized for his expertise and research contributions, Pierre-Yves Marie has been the Scientific Director of Nancylcotep since its founding.
